OUR STORY... Annetta Tice and Lindor Signoff started Ad Lines, Inc. in 1989 when Annetta was managing editor for the Home Market Magazine and Lindor was art director at the DeSoto County Tribune. when Annetta was managing editor for the Home Market Magazine and Lindor was art director at the DeSoto County Tribune. Annetta has a background in advertising and marketing, sales, photography and design. While living in California she was employed by Jansen Advertising and Bournes. Lindor's background is layout and design, as well as fine art. Before getting into the graphic form of art she had owned an art studio and taught drawing and watercolor. Way back then computers were not so common place and logos, ad layouts, etc. were all done by hand....this was, of course, back in the dark ages. And back then Ad Lines, Inc. did mostly printing, media placement, ad layout, logos and stuff. A number of former business contacts..BUILDERS, DEVELOPERS and REALTORS became the mainstay of Ad Lines. The building industry in North Mississippi was florishing and Ad Lines provided printed support literature, forms, business cards, TV commercials, photography for ads, as well as ad layout, artists' renderings of plans(with the floor plan, framed and hung in the model home), huge subdivision plats for the model homes, and signs....Well, at that time, we didn't actually DO the signs for them, but we designed them and had them done. ALL THE SIGNS...the plat signs, the subdivision entrance signs, the lot signs, the bandit signs, and the list goes on and on. Computers became more and more commonplace and quick print places were abundant. And so it goes...when God closes one door, he opens another....and we started making signs. Small ones at first, on an antiquated piece of equipment we bought used. We actually bought it because we couldn't seem to get small signs done. So we decided we would do them ourselves. After all, making a sign was just like doing an ad layout, only bigger. And from there it snowballed. We now have all the latest equipment. We make all types of signs that aren't electric or molded. We feel we've been a big part of the success of some of the builders around here. Some of our "guys" started with us when they were only building a couple of homes a year. Last year some of them built more than 250. "We'd like to thank those who have appreciated our efforts...the ones who wouldn't buy a bolt anywhere else if they thought they could buy it from us and are always telling other to "just call Ad Lines...they can do it." Everything has become more competitive these days. There are more builders and there are more sign companies. But...we aren't JUST a sign company.

Ours is a service related business and demands much time away from the office. We do not employ a receptionist and many times we are out taking pictures, measuring for a sign or picking up supplies.
